We promote the development of the whole child at Christ Church Academy both the academic and non-academic.

We believe that key to success is to capture children’s innate love of learning, to seize the imagination and provide the challenge to achieve their best.
At Christ Church Academy, we aim to do this through our broad and balanced curriculum which we enrich through residential and day trips, themed days and weeks, visiting guests, an aspirational reward scheme, a rich extra-curricular programme and by constantly listening to our children about what they like and don’t like.
Our schemes of work and programmes of study are regularly refreshed in light of new material and changing cohorts of children. Innovative and dedicated heads of department constantly evaluate the provision given to children.
Pupils at the Academy typically leave at the end of Year 8 achieving above average standards whilst making strong progress in English, Maths, Science and RE (the core subjects).
Christ Church Academy's KS2 Results
These are published annually by the Government on it's 'Compare School Performance' website and periodically updated to reflect any changes.
Data for the most recent KS2 cohort (2024-2025) can be found below. However, please note that due to a previous unresolved error, the overall combined score for pupils' Reading, Writing and Maths at 'expected' or 'working at greater depth', is currently not available on this portal. The DfE and the Standards and Testing Agency are aware and have promised that this will be rectified in an upcoming update during the late Spring/early Summer term 2026.
Our average scaled scores for both Reading and Maths are visible on this portal and we are pleased to also attach below a link to our own summary data for this 2024-2025 cohort. We look forward to results being published in the future Government webpage refresh.
