Computing Mark Success
We are pleased to announce that Christ Church Academy have been awarded the prestigious NCCE Computing Mark certificate, awarded by BCS, the Chartered Institute for IT, which recognises and celebrates the school’s progress.
This award, and the steps to achieve it, ensure that the quality of Computing provision for our pupils is excellent in all areas and helps to support the future of our pupils in an employment environment increasingly more dependant on these skills.
To gain this award school our school has reached the benchmark level for all aspects of the framework including teaching, leadership, curriculum, staff development, impact, careers and equity, diversity, inclusion and SEND.
We would like to thank all the staff for all their hard work, out of school hours, in creating the successful bid and the support of Neil Crumpton from the North Midlands Computing Hub for supporting our staff through the process.
