Dear Parent/Carer,
As part of their PSHE lessons, Y5 pupils will soon be having a ‘growing up’ talk. This topic will begin during the week beginning 20th June and will complement the work already covered by the science department.
In year 5, lessons will predominantly focus on the changes that occur during puberty and personal hygiene. Being prepared and knowing the changes that will be happening to them, will help your child to adapt well to adolescence.
