Parents' Evening January 2019
14th December 2018
Two consultation evenings for the parents/carers of pupils will be held as follows:
Wednesday 9th January between 4.00pm and 6.30pm for Year 5 and Year 7 pupils
Tuesday 15th January between 4.00pm and 6.30pm for Year 6 and Year 8 pupils.
These evenings are an opportunity for parents to meet subject teachers only. Appointments will be issued on a ‘first come, first served’ basis and will last approximately five minutes. Some teachers may teach a child several subjects, but please note that only one appointment per teacher can be made.
Parents may have particular concerns that require longer than a five minute appointment time. In these circumstances, please contact the relevant member of staff to arrange a suitable alternative time to meet.
Appointments can be made online at https://christchurch.parentseveningsystem.co.uk or can be accessed via the quick links on the school website. Appointments should be made with the teacher for each subject that has been teaching your child this term. If the system does not automatically show this teacher you can add them to make an appointment.
Please make appointments to see Mr Stubbs using the dropdown option for Mrs Wall.
If you have any queries regarding this please contact the school.
Mr C M Wright
