Harvest Festival Letter
22nd September 2017
As part of our Harvest celebrations this year, we are inviting children and their families to donate produce to be distributed to those in need throughout the local area. Our prayer theme in school this half term is ‘Thankfulness’ and it would be wonderful to see as many items as possible brought into school so that the children can put what they have been thinking into action.
We are asking that should you wish to donate please choose one or more items from the list below to bring into school.
Items to donate
Non-perishable goods, that are still well within use-by date, such as:
Soups in packets or tins
Sauces in jars
Children should bring their items into school during the week beginning the 25th of September. Items should be brought to Room 4 when the children arrive in school.
Thank you in advance for your generosity and support.
