Extra Curricular Activities Autumn Term 1 - 2024
Our 2020 SIAMS Inspection assessed our extra-curricular provision as "exceptionally rich". We are very proud to be able to offer such a broad range of opportunities to our pupils.
We value the importance of sport in our pupils’ lives. As well as gaining an understanding of the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle, pupils develop determination, motivation and team spirit and understand how to live-out our Christian Values. These attributes help maximise success throughout the rest of the curriculum, enabling all to flourish.
We enjoy an excellent reputation for sporting achievement both locally and regionally, with many teams being very successful as well as outstanding performing arts provision. Our annual 'Stone Rocks' festival is a community highligh which not only showcases local talent but provides all with pupils with the chance to celebrate their skill. Even COVID-19 restrictions could not stand in the way of our pupils' enthusiasm for music: this year the festival went virtual!
